Pan Asian restaurant coming to Global Market
Opening mid-December at the Midtown Global Market: Chang Bang, a full-service pan Asian restaurant, complete with sushi bar, Mongolian barbecue, full bar, and a menu of Chinese, Thai and Vietnamese specialties.

Owner Tieng Vang, who's also behind Chang's Yummy Chinese restaurant, has hired top Twin Cities restaurant design firm Shea Inc. to create the look of the new restaurant, which will occupy more than 3,000 square feet of the sprawling eating emporium at Lake St. and Chicago Av. S. in Minneapolis. The restaurant will offer fast cafeteria-style service at lunch, and table service for dinner. Lunch prices will be in the $6 to $7 range, with dinner entrees from $9 to $14.
